Two charged in connection with cannabis grow

Two men have been charged in connection with a cannabis grow that was found inside a home in Churchdown.

After information was provided to us by the public about concerns relating to a property in the area, the Tewkesbury Neighbourhood Support Team went to the address yesterday (Thursday 10 September) and two men were arrested.

Following an investigation, two men aged 30 have been charged with being concerned in the production of a class B drug, namely cannabis and possession with intent to supply cannabis.

Sanitiliano Sakaj from Leicester and Mareol Myrtaj, address unknown, have been remanded in custody and were due to appear at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court today (Friday).
